India vs Windies: Virat Kohli sure about Rayudu to play at no. 4

India is now one of the greatest cricket team in the world and the best in Asia. India is more tempered than before, now they have a complete package of a cricket team. But it is fair to say that India surely based on some imminent players performance. As we see India’s all top order batsman do really well which is an amazing role for game since they have, but the middle order not sorted like that much. So India captain Virat Kohli try to focus on this department and try to find out best solution where he has too many options. Before start World Cup 2019 Kholi want to seal this place for right cricketer.

When we see the India cricket team batsman squad there are huge name comes forward and it is sure that they are really good with better consistent.

But when we see at no. 4 there were tried eight cricketers since the start of 2017. Among all of them Yuvraj Singh and Dinesh Karthik did best performance. In their position they got most runs among them. Although they did fairly good, but they can’t maintaining the required consistent performance.

World Cup winner Yuvraj Singh played 9 innings at no. 4 position, scored 358 runs at an average of 45. Yuvraj Singh counterparts Knight Riders captain also played 9 innings with 264 runs at an average 53. But India team management keep them away. India skipper Virat Kohli also reveals in a press that they seem to have found a potential replacement answers for the no. 4 slot.

Now Kohli’s eye on Ambati Rayudu

Ambati Rayudu will be possible replacement batsman at no. 4 in the India vs Windies ODI series. After trying eight batsman Ambati Rayudu will be ninth batsman at that significant position. Before starting clash of India vs Windies the Indian skipper Kholi expressed confidence in Ambati Rayudu for settle him at no. 4 while he wants to give enough time before closing the World Cup.

The 33 years old scored 175 runs from six innings at an average of 43 in the Asia Cup which was an impressive performance.

“The only position we were trying to figure out was number four for a long time. We tried many players who couldn’t capitalise  or cement their places in a way we wanted. With Rayudu coming in and playing well in the Asia Cup, it’s about giving him enough time till the World Cup so that the particular slot will be sorted for us, ” said India captain Virat Kohli.
